Hi I logged on before I wanted to start and would like to re-enter my start date for tomorrow but can't seem to find where to do it any ideas?
Sick of dieting. I have 4 stone to lose according to this site and I am hoping that by doing meal replacement, it will re-wire my brain about food. When I am tired I can't stop myself from making bad choices even though its not good for me. Its an addiction - I feel like in order to keep going I have to have something quick and easy and usually its biscuit if its in but it will be anything I can get my hands on. Food has got a wrong place in my life and I long to change this but every diet I have been on is effort and as soon as I stop I go back to bad habits.
Bit of a rant but here goes the slim fast diet starting in the morning. I have my 2 litre bottle for water, skimmed milk, shake powder, meal bars, snack bars and fruit for my healthy snacks. Eggs and Salad for dinner.
Hi Mrs Dobson - welcome to the plan and congrats on starting. You should be able to update this on your profile page, just press reset on it and enter your new details.
Don't forget to have water and exercise as well.
Can't seem to find the reset for the start date still - sorry if I am being dense - guess it doesn't really matter.
Thanks for tip - I have filled a 2Litre bottle and chilled it so I know when I have had my quota.
Excercise is going to be the tricky one - hopefully when I feel less tired will be more motivated with that. I generally like exercise - before kids and when we had more money I loved the gym - I find it hard to motivate myself without access to gym though.
Try little things like walking to the shops, getting of the bus one stop earlier and perhaps if possible join a local class to motivate yourself.
