So I have started - first strawberry shake to begin. Thought it would be thicker but actually it was really pleasant to drink. Not sure how filling it will be - let you know at lunch time.
I am without a weightloss buddy so if you starting and need to lose 4 stone plus like me, then would love to hear from you.

As Shanna said don't forget your snacks, you can eat every 2.5-3 hours if you space them all out and for me that totally eliminates hunger.

My first shake was at 6 ish because I had to get to work early so I have snack planned but trying to leave them for when I really need them but will definitely space it between shakes and my meal. Gonna have a banana soon and then I will have my next shake after my next work call at about 2pm I will have my next snack about 4ish - mangetout with some houmous. Evenings are the worst time I crave something sweet so having my snack bar in evening after my meal which will be salad with a boiled egg on top.

So far so good shake came at just the right time today - I was just starting to feel hungry when I had it then I went for a walk - hot work in this weather so managed my 30 mins excercise as well. Its just past 4pm and have enjoyed my mangetout and houmous, but didn't really feel that hungry. Gonna aim for about 6:30pm for my dinner and then will have my snack bar either for pudding or for evening snack after my son is in bed. Really pleased with my first day so far. Happily work through my chilled water as well but and I have slightly reduced the milk in my shake so will have a cup of tea tonight as well. Caffeine headaches are the worst so trying to reduce slowly.
