ok so i weighed myself today and 3lb lost!
not too happy as during the week id lost 5lb!
however i ruined it and had a takeaway friday night and didnt stick to it over the weekend!

Wow, you're all doing amazingly - keep going. Another good tip is to write this info on a post it note and pop it on the fridge - it should stop you opening the door for a midnight snack!
